Yesterday was my second consecutive week for playing soccer. I was so unlucky that injured on the knee cap again. It was on the same spot and it bleed profusely.. After soccer, I keep my promise and went to "Thailand" coffee shop in Bedok for dinner. I am always trying to keep my promise. We reach there at about 10 plus. And we chat till late night. I left at about 1am. I will continue this weekly soccer activity as to exercise weekly. To keep fit!

I am going for a jog with my army friend later. I seemed to be more active recently. No reason why am I like that. Just feel that if friend wants to meet me and I am free, I can just meet up with them.. Tomorrow morning, I will again meet this army friend for jog then breakfast in Tampines. He is my close buddy in army. We can simply talk anything, anywhere.

P.S- I must remember that next Sunday, 22/8/10, I won't be free to go anywhere in the morning as my mum need helper to pray ancestor...
